My Review
Overall, I found the book a great kick in the pants. While I am a self-motivated individual, I recognize that there are blocks within myself to being a better athlete. In the beginning of the book I wasn't sure if it was going to be "for me". It starts out soft as it gears up into the plan of self-talk and figuring out your issues. This gearing up had me concerned that I wasn't going to gain as much out of the book as my peers who have raved about it. Once I hit into sections with the evidence-based solutions, I was hooked. This is a must have read.
